Attendance

Two ways we come out

Booked visits and emergency call-outs are different services, with different prices.

Booked visit

  • DayR750
  • NightR1,200

50% PayFast deposit. Balance after inspection and agreement.

Emergency call-out

A separate premium service for priority attendance. It is not a booked night visit.

  • DayR2,500
  • NightR3,500

50% PayFast deposit. Balance after inspection and agreement.

Work under R3,000: we buy the materials and do the installation, then we invoice you. Work over R3,000: we send a quotation and we do not start that work until you have accepted it.

Booked work is not instant. If the van is already out, the next time we can attend is what we offer. Emergency is the premium path when you need priority attendance. One van.

Book

Certificate of Compliance (CoC)

Where a Certificate of Compliance is required, we issue or advise on CoC after the installation meets SANS 10142.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my earth leakage keep tripping?

Usually a faulty appliance, moisture in an outdoor circuit, or a failing earth leakage unit. We test circuit by circuit to find the cause.

Do I need a new DB board?

Not always. Many problems are fixed by replacing a single breaker or unit. We'll advise after inspecting the board.

My DB board feels hot — is that dangerous?

A warm or hot board, buzzing or burning smell can mean loose connections or overloaded circuits. Switch off if safe and book an inspection.
