Mthombeni Electrical & Data Services (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides electrical services in Gauteng. These terms cover bookings made on https://mthombenielectrical.co.za.

A booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit is paid through PayFast. The price shown at booking is the price that applies. Booked visits are R750 (day) and R1,200 (night). An emergency call-out is a separate service at R2,500 (day) and R3,500 (night). It is not the same as a booked night visit.

We run one van. Your slot is held for you. If that van is already out, we offer the next time we can attend. After we inspect, we agree any further work with you before we do it. The balance is due after that inspection and agreement, not before you have accepted the scope.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
