Privacy

We collect your name, phone, the job address, a short description of the work, and the PayFast payment reference. We use that to confirm the booking, send the van, invoice you, and contact you about that job.

PayFast processes the card payment. We do not store your full card number. We share job details only with the crew attending and with PayFast for the payment. We keep booking records for as long as tax and warranty records require, then delete or de-identify them.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing projects@mthombenielectrical.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator. We do not sell your information.
